Enigma Partners Global Limited grants the purchaser a non-exclusive right to use and adapt the supplied files for one named organisation's internal work. Employees and contractors may use the files on its behalf. Consultants may operate the kit for that one licensed client. Internal copies and rebranding are permitted. Do not resell, sublicense, publicly upload or distribute the source templates as standalone products. A board report produced from the kit may be shared with the licensed organisation's authorised stakeholders. Additional client organisations require additional licences. Copyright in the original templates remains with Enigma Partners Global Limited. The purchase covers the supplied version and files, excluding consultancy, custom configuration, live evidence review, certification, audit-success guarantees and lifetime updates.
