These terms supplement Flevy's Standard Purchase Terms, which otherwise remain applicable.
Purchased ALTHEON materials may be used and adapted only for the purchaser's internal organisational purposes and for legitimate professional work undertaken for the purchaser's clients, subject to the restrictions below.
All underlying ALTHEON intellectual property, including its original frameworks, methodologies, systems, terminology, trademarks and source materials, remains the property of the copyright owner.
The materials may not be resold, sublicensed, white-labelled, commercially redistributed, published as a standalone product, uploaded to another marketplace, or represented as the purchaser's or another party's original work.
ALTHEON copyright, trademark and attribution notices relating to the underlying intellectual property may not be removed or replaced.
Consultants and professional advisers may use the materials in work undertaken for their clients but may not transfer the underlying editable ALTHEON source files or grant clients independent rights to reproduce, redistribute or commercially exploit the materials without an additional licence.
