Terms of Usage for Viksya
The following seller terms supplement Flevy's standard purchase terms and take precedence where they differ:
Attribution. Viksya branding, copyright, and attribution notices must be retained in all uses and derivative works. White-label rights (removing or replacing Viksya branding) are not granted under this purchase; they are licensed separately by the publisher under a Consultant Licence.
No AI/ML training. The document and its contents may not be used to train, fine-tune, or ground machine-learning or AI models.
Methodology. You may not claim original authorship of the framework methodology, scoring structure, or criteria, or publish a competing product based on the same framework structure.
All other terms follow Flevy's standard purchase terms, including the single-location licence for up to 10 people. All intellectual property rights in the content are retained by the seller.
Documents that address regulatory or compliance topics are decision-support instruments and do not constitute legal advice; obligations under any law or regulation should be confirmed with qualified counsel.
