SUPPLEMENTAL TERMS OF USE & LICENSING

Relationship to Platform Terms: These terms supplement the standard Flevy User Agreement. As permitted under Flevy's seller terms, these document usage and licensing restrictions take precedence regarding the scope, permitted use, and intellectual property of this product.

1. NOT LEGAL ADVICE

2. NO GUARANTEE OF COMPLIANCE
This toolkit is designed to support your compliance efforts and audit preparation -- it does not, by itself, constitute or guarantee compliance, certification, or audit success. Actual compliance depends on your organisation's execution and operational implementation.

3. LICENSE GRANT & SCOPE
A single license grants you the right to use this toolkit for up to 10 designated users within ONE (1) single organization or legal entity.

4. CONSULTANT & ADVISORY USAGE
Independent consultants, auditors, or advisory firms purchasing this product may use it for ONE (1) client project per license. Delivering services or frameworks to multiple external clients requires purchasing an additional license per client engagement.

5. PERMITTED USE & RESTRICTIONS
You may modify the documents for your organisation's internal use only. You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or republish the source or modified documents (in whole or in part) in any format, to any third party, on public platforms, or in public web/code repositories (e.g., GitHub, SlideShare).
- Upload, parse, or input any portion of these materials into public or commercial Artificial Intelligence (AI) models, Large Language Models (LLMs), or machine learning training sets.

6. NO REFUNDS
Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final, in accordance with Flevy's digital download policy. Please review the product description, preview, and specifications before purchasing.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, this toolkit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The seller shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use these materials.

8. VERSION DISCLAIMER
The seller reserves the right to update this toolkit periodically. The purchaser receives the version available at the time of purchase. The seller is not obligated to provide free updates for future major revisions, but may offer updates at their discretion.
