Dr. Brent Green is a strategic organization change consultant. His focus is executive development and change leadership. Brent is former Director of Training and Organization Development (OD) for Kaiser Permanente in San Francisco, Director of OD at McKesson, and others.
He completed his masters degree in public health leadership from UC-Berkeley, and later a Ph.D in organization psychology. He is a former National Endowment for the Humanities Fellow, an NGO at the UN-Vienna, and consumer representative consultant to the FDA in Washington DC.
Dr. Green's publications appear in a broad variety of professional journals including The International Journal of Social Psychiatry, the national Organization Development Practitioneer journal, the global Organization Development Institute, The International Journal of Public Administration, and The Journal of Social Issues.
He has written on topics as diverse as leadership development, program evaluation, consulting skill models, stress management, medication misuse prevention, and aging.
A frequent speaker, consultant, and facilitator Brent is also an adjunct instructor at UC-Davis Extension.
