Organizational Culture encompasses values and behaviors that contribute to the unique social and psychological environment of a business. It influences the way people interact, the context within which knowledge is created, the resistance they will have towards certain changes, and ultimately the way they share (or the way they do not share) knowledge.

This slide deck is not intended to provide you with the definitive "be all and end all" about Organisational Culture Change. It is a guide that I have created from an amount of research into the subject which will hopefully provide you with some the latest thinking on Organisational Culture Change.
