DESCRIPTION
This Excel spreadsheet provides a simple and quick analysis of team member primary, secondary, and tertiary responsibilities for an organization's hardware and software products. It is intended to identify where staff are over allocated or may require additional training. It consists of three tabs. The first tab "Assignments" is created using data from the second "Areas of Support" and third "Team Members" tabs. To begin, determine what are your areas of support and enter those in "Areas of Support" tab. Next add your team members in the "Team Members" tab. Return to the "Assignments" tab and populate columns B, C, D, and E from the drop-downs. As you do so, you will see the columns to the right being updated.
