Lean Shop Floor Training Series<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0– 8 Modules.\u00a0<\/em>\u00a0This is a Lean training series for\u00a0beginners. \u00a0With this series, you can arm your front line staff with the tools and techniques required to minimize waste by applying and sustaining lean principles and practices.<\/p>\n Lean Leader Training Series<\/strong><\/a> – 12 Modules.<\/em>\u00a0 This is a Lean training series for\u00a0Team Leads and Supervisors. \u00a0This training\u00a0series is\u00a0at a higher standard than the shop floor series.<\/p>\n Lean Champion Training Series<\/strong><\/a> – 15 Modules.<\/em>\u00a0 This is a Lean training series for\u00a0Managers and above roles. \u00a0These series is\u00a0at the highest standard among the 3 Lean enterprise series. When a person completes all the 15 modules, she\u00a0can be awarded a “Lean Champion” certificate by your organization, which is equivalent to a Black Belt. \u00a0At this point, she can lead groups of team in successfully developing strategies and implementation of various Lean principles.<\/p>\n Organizational Excellence Workshop (OEF) Framework<\/strong><\/a> – 10 modules<\/em>. \u00a0The\u00a0OEF Framework integrates various\u00a0excellence models and provides implementation guidelines for the practitioner.<\/p>\n Vishnu Rayapeddi<\/a> is a management executive with over 26 years of experience in End-to-end Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Operations Management, Strategic Planning, Business\/Operational Excellence, and Process Re-engineering\/Improvement.<\/p>\n Dawn Ringrose<\/a> has been consulting in Organizational Performance since 1984.
