Distinguish the Stakeholder Groups<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The first step in Stakeholder Scorecard development is to ascertain who the key stakeholder groups are.\u00a0 Key stakeholder groups comprise suppliers, clientele tended to, employees, and senior management. Society, regulatory bodies, creditors, and investors may also be included in this group. \u00a0This should be in black and white, in the form of a list with names and groups.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Step 2. Register Each Group\u2019s Contributions and Inducements<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The next step is to populate a column-wise list encompassing the contributions made by and inducements offered to each stakeholder group.\u00a0 For instance, contributions by employees could be satisfactory completion of assigned jobs, continuous performance improvement, and\/or trustworthiness.\u00a0 The inducements offered may include remuneration, rewards, steady income, and so on.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Step 3.
