These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be finally settled under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Qatar.

This Agreement is drafted in English and translated into Arabic for local compliance. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Arabic versions, the Arabic version shall prevail.
