Professionally, I have over 15 years specialist Learning & Development, Community Regeneration and Business Turnaround experience and have been prolific in the field of Learning, Development & Apprenticeships within the UK and have over 20 years experience within Business having also been bought into develop the operational strategy and organisational competence within a range of key learning & development settings at Director / CEO level. I am a Member of the Institute of Directors and have membership & association with a range of professional bodies including being a member of the Institute of Enterprise Mentoring (2012) and hold Membership of the Chartered Management Institute (2008).
