DESCRIPTION
The Introduction to the DMAIC Phases is intended to be a guide used in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt projects. Its purpose is to provide an overview of the Lean Six Sigma tools, activities, and deliverables completed in an executed project. While specific projects will dictate different needs that may require the use of additional tools and activities, or more or less use of change management or process specific focus, the general flow of the methodology is applied in most projects.
