DESCRIPTION
The second of the five phases of Lean Six Sigma is the Measure Phase. This module introduces the three high level steps of this phase, the tools used at each of these steps and the expected outcomes of each step. Executing a successful Measure Phase includes validating the Big Y, establishing the baseline process capability, and identifying the process variation.
This module also covers the three high level steps of DMADV which includes identifying the Functional Requirements, Generating Design Concepts, and Evaluating those concepts.
