DESCRIPTION
The fifth and final of the five phases of Lean Six Sigma is the Control/Validate Phase. This module introduces the three high level steps of this phase, the tools used at each of these steps and the expected outcomes of each step. Executing a successful Control/Validate Phase includes developing a control strategy, implementing the controls and assessing final capability.
This module also covers the three high level steps of DMADV which includes pilot or prototype, document the design, and implementation.
