DESCRIPTION
The objectives of this module are to: define the appropriate sampling technique for gathering survey data in order to collect accurate data in Lean Six Sigma projects, execute the steps involved in developing a survey in order to successfully create project surveys, identify primary areas of survey bias to avoid when creating a survey to facilitate writing valid survey questions, understand the concept of evaluating the quality of the measurement system and apply summary, graphical and statistical analysis methods to qualitative and quantitative survey data.
